I would give it a negative if I could. It’s supposed to help with wrongful repos but causes room for more instead. I’m constantly having to call at least twice a day, cases won’t upload, documents won’t go through or the whole case just completely disappears. When you try to call for help half the time they don’t actually fix the problem or when they do fix it another problem accuse. This company is one of the worst things that’s happened to the repossession industry.

Constantly having to deal with connectivity issues, glitches, reports not sending to clients… the list goes on and on. I have been in the recovery business for 10+ years and this app has done nothing but create problems. Several assets have been left behind due to the failure of the app. This app causes a management and field production nightmare.

This app is complete GARBAGE! It never works properly. It has to be uninstalled/reinstalled almost daily just to hopefully get it to work. It buffers and take FOREVER to load or do anything. All banks need to just get away from this absolute waste of time.

This whole system is a joke. You’ve made repossession so much harder. This app and system are completely unnecessary in today’s technical world, yet somehow we’re still using this dumb app. Banks need to GET AWAY from RCM completely.
This update includes performance improvements, bug fixes, and usability enhancements for a more reliable experience. It also introduces photo attachments for case updates and workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
