※本アプリは、臨床研究『パルボシクリブの観察研究におけるQOL/PRO評価』にご参加いただく方のみを対象としています。
乳がんの薬物療法（内分泌療法や化学療法）は、抗腫瘍効果により病気の治る確率を高めたり、病気の進行を遅らせるなどの恩恵を期待し実施されますが、同時に様々な副作用を伴います。また、病気の進行そのものが、身体症状をもたらす場合もあります。
現在の診療制度では、患者さんが病院に受診し、それまで経験した症状を医療者に報告し、それらを基に治療方針や副作用対策がなされています。しかし、これまでの研究から、医療者は患者さんの訴えや症状を、低く見積もる傾向のあることが明らかにされています。
我々の研究グループでは、このアプリを用い、ご自宅で困った症状の有無や程度を定期的に報告、記録していただくことにより、医療者が患者さんの健康状態の推移をより正確に把握し、質の高い医療の提供につながるのではないかと考えています。
本アプリをご利用いただくには、研究への参加基準を満たし、研究参加施設を通じて参加登録をしていただく必要があります。
