In this version of NetCloud Verify, we've included bug fixes, performance enhancements, and security improvements to ensure a more stable, reliable, and secure experience.

The Cradlepoint Verify app is now named Ericsson NetCloud Verify to align with corporate branding. This update includes visual changes such as updated fonts, colors, and icons. There are no changes to existing features or functionality.

In this version of the Verify app, we’ve made changes to the alternate installation flow to help you recover an offline router to an online state. To complete this flow, you’ll need router login credentials so the app can assess the error and provide recommended recovery steps. Note: Using the Verify app, you cannot change the router’s default credentials. Please contact your administrator or use the web interface to update the default credentials.

In this new version of Verify app, Health Metrics is updated to run the tests of your choice to help you determine an optimal location to install your router. You can run a speed test, check live signal metrics and perform a failover test. Devices with advanced licenses are allowed to check for Cellular Health and Serving Cell Tower.

In the new version of NetCloud Verify, System Administrators can now review and accept the End User Agreement and Privacy Policy directly within the app. Additionally, enhancements have been made to the Speed Test feature for improved performance.

In this new version of the Verify app, the End User Agreement has been updated. System Admins must accept the updated agreement in NetCloud Manager web to continue using any of our applications. All other users can continue using the applications without any issues.

In this new version of the Verify app, we've added support for signing in with SSO. If your NetCloud Administrator has integrated NetCloud Manager with an identity provider (IdP) and enabled SP-initiated logins, you can simply click the “Sign in with SSO” button on the login screen and enter your Company Identifier to log in.

In this version of Cradlepoint Verify app, we have added support for more Custom Roles related to Reboot and GeoView. Additionally, implemented necessary updates to ensure continued compatibility and optimal performance across all devices.

In this version of Cradlepoint Verify app, we have addressed a bug which could cause the app to unexpectedly crash at login for some accounts.

In this new version of Cradlepoint Verify app, we have added small improvements like showing Serving Cell Tower and Failover/Failback information as part of Installation History. In addition, you’ll now see a reminder on the app whenever a new version is available for use.

This minor version adds support for new endpoints. Check out the new Installation History feature recently added to Verify. Review & share the installations that you have completed.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, all the installations completed from now on will be saved for future reference and can be shared. You’d see a new “History” icon on the Hamburger menu to review the history of Installations completed for a certain account. For Installers who have installed devices in multiple accounts they can simply switch to an account of interest and click on the History icon.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, we have introduced the Serving Cell Tower information during the installation workflow. You’d find the option as part of Health Metrics after your Speed Test is completed.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, we have introduced the ability in the Switch Account flow to accept and reject new collaboration requests received from a Netcloud account administrator.
