Received Message Notifications Not Working

I Support SoftTalk
Firstly, I am very appreciative of this Afrikan-owned messaging system. My app works for the most part, however, there are 2 issues I am experiencing. First, I am not receiving message notifications in real-time. I will be notified only when I open SoftTalk. And, sometimes, an incoming sent message will be delayed. Secondly, during the middle of typing a message, (sometimes when using an emoji), the keys will stop working and my only solution is to press several functions to enable typing again. Your assistance with both of these matters will be greatly appreciated.

This app is horrible I downloaded it because I wanted to text my younger cousin who didn’t have a phone number it’s worked fine until my phone broke and I bought a new one I tried signing in withMy number just said that I had to sign in with email and when I try to just brought me back to the number page told me to put my number and so I did again and I had to wait two minutes and after the two minute wait I said I tried to many times and I have to wait 24 hours this app is horrible do not download I repeat do not download

I love it and it works really fine at a cheap rate. Great improvement for Nigeria and this shows we are heading to greater places. But please try to enable payment on the store using iTunes so we can purchase phones and pay just as we pay with iTunes when we buy credit on the e-wallet
