This app is exclusively for parents who have a child at a myHappymind School or Nursery. It allows these parents to access content that will reinforce what their children are learning at school. The myHappymind for Schools and Early Years programs are designed for schools and nurseries who care about building their children's resilience, wellbeing and happiness. It’s based on science backed strategies shown to help children to navigate big emotions, deal with challenges, set goals and build their self esteem. The App includes: 1) Module summaries (see modules below) Meet Your Brain - Discover what’s actually going on in the brain and how you can develop a child’s ability to self soothe and grow their brain. Celebrate - Learn what really contributes to building self-esteem and introduce strategies to help children’s self esteem sky rocket.
