At the outset of "Helppi," you'll receive personal guidance to select the most suitable professional. Professionals are available in Finnish, Swedish, English, German, Russian, Norwegian, and French. "Helppi" can be started without prior therapy experience, and programs with video meetings are free for users whose employers have an agreement for the Happi service. You can explore the application and programs on the www.happihealth.com website or register on the app using only your phone number.
