I paired my PXN P30 Pro controller and it prompted me to update the firmware. So I did, but it was stuck on 0% the whole time. So it doesn't allow me to change the controls. Crazy thing is, my controller is updated to the latest firmware, but it still prompts me to update it. I hope you guys fix this.

Every time I try to connect to either my iPhone or ipad I get a message saying to turn the controller on and have nearby and then it won’t connect. I have tried multiple different things, including the usual have turned on, in pairing mode, and of course it’s right next to my phone, but it still gives me the same error. :( Then because it won’t connect to my phone it or course won’t connect to the app. My main reason for buying this controller was to use with my ipad. I’m pretty bummed that it won’t connect.

I love this brand! I bought one 3 years ago(yup, it lasted that long!) then decided it was time to upgrade. So I bought the PXN 50L, connects to my iPad Pro 11” no problem. The app is super easy to navigate, I love all the options. At this price point, I have no complaints! Everything works flawlessly!

I got it as a present for Christmas, it was for my Xbox One (I play Forza Horizon 4) and I was so excited to use it. I got it set, then I tried using it, and it didn't work. So I said it wasn't working. The next day, I tried again but with the app. It wouldn't even apply the button configuration I set. Big waste of money.
