Video to pic is the best way to extract Full HD moments from your Videos and Live Photos. Videos are loaded directly from your Photo Library or Files to the Video to Photo app, then you can inspect the video frame by frame and pick up the one you like to save as still image. The photo will be saved at the same resolution as the source video. Features: ▶ Easy to use ▶ Import Videos from Photo Library or Files ▶ Export frames at Full HD ▶ Frame by frame stepper, for maximum accuracy ▶ Fast forward & backward video scrubbing, if needed ▶ Crop Frame as your wish ▶ Save in Photo Library in PNG, JPEG or HEIF format ▶ Add customised Video Metadata (Creation date, Location, EXIFF data & TIFF data) to photos ▶ Share anywhere No need to complicate. Our time is short. :) Information about the auto-renewable subscription: Subscription benefit: Remove ads from Video to Pic. Auto-renew: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. – Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase – The subscription renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period – Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period – You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings - Terms of Service: http://rifat1234.github.io/VideoToPicTOS/ – Privacy Policy : http://rifat1234.github.io/VideoToPic/ We would love to hear from you. Great app, but need timestamps option

This is a good and simple app, does what you need it to do in terms of taking screenshots. However when you save the photo it puts the time of saving as now under the photo metadata and doesn’t extract and apply the metadata from the original video, there are other apps like Frame Grabber that do that, but alas they are more expensive. I think the metadata addition is very important and if developers add that I’ll be happy to subscribe and change my starts to 5!Update: they fixed this and developer personally reached out to me to update me on this new metadata feature ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I don't often need to grab a pic from a video but when I do, I need an app that works. Other apps want a subscription but I don't need the function often enough to pay for it monthly. This app has a delightfully simple UI and it works well. I was happy to find out since the app I used to use was abandoned. This app is supported by ads which is fine with me. However—I deducted one star because the ads bypass my phone's volume control and muting. I clicked to save a picture while wearing headphones and the ad painfully BLASTED in my ears. If in public, it would be highly disruptive. You're welcome to show me ads (a much better option than charging for a subscription) but please don't force me to listen to the hideous, loud background music that most gaming ads utilize. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app is GREAT. It has quite a few ads, but they are really not annoying at all and I’m glad that the creators are getting money from such a great design and quality photo app! Many others ask for subscription, but this offers photo editing tools and high quality images for free!! I LOVE love love love love and will never go to another app!!

Avoid This App: Grainy Results and Tricky Subscription Trap

I downloaded this video-to-pic app, for the free trial, expecting clean, high quality even on videos that look sharp on my phone. The results are barely usable for anything beyond casual sharing. What makes this worse is the subscription. I forgot to cancel right after trial (my mistake, but it happens) and now I’m locked into a full year of paying for an app that doesn’t deliver. Apple denied my refund request, so I’m stuck with it. The app itself is clunky and doesn’t live up to the promises in the description or screenshots. If you’re considering this app, set up a reminder to cancel immediately if you try the trial. Not worth the money of the frustration.
