The app is good but seriously what is wrong with the bus timing, it feels way too random like they don't even have a schedule, I cant even count the times i went to work late because the buss did not follow the timing on the app. This app would become soooo much better if only they follow a precise time, like come on that is the whole point of using the bus right, and they cant even do that right. Seriously sometimes I prefer to take a taxi which is higher price than to take the bus because I know I wont get to work on time that day with the bus random timing.

Unfortunately, there are no specific times for trips, although the bus was designed to save time, but there are no specific times for trips, in addition to the fact that the technical support is very bad, as it is very late in responding, and it also does not have a clear answer. In conclusion, I hope that there will be trips after ten o'clock. Like the A big project like a this bus ends early

I liked how I could charge my card online, but I’ve been trying to this week and it wouldn’t work at all. There’s no number to call the company! They have a number on the back of the card but it’s disabled. Fix the issue.
