I was originally introduced to iDecide years ago while working in the insurance industry. The platform itself was solid, but the challenge wasn’t the tool—it was the industry. Selling insurance can feel transactional, and that made it harder to fully leverage the power of a presentation-based system.Everything changed when I launched Carter’s Coffee Online. When I reached back out to iDecide to help structure a presentation for my coffee business, the experience was completely different. The support I received was thoughtful, strategic, and genuinely helpful. Instead of pushing a template, they helped me tell my story—why the business exists, who it’s for, and what makes it different. The coffee market is extremely competitive, and I run multiple marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online ads. When iDecide is used intentionally, it has outperformed most traditional advertising I’ve tried. Not because it’s flashy—but because it builds understanding and trust before asking for a sale. What surprised me most is how naturally it brings the right customers into my business. People come in informed, curious, and already aligned with the brand. That alone has made it worth using. If you’re building a business where your story, values, and differentiation matter—not just clicks—iDecide is a powerful tool when used the right way.— Ed CarterFounder, Carter’s Coffee Online

Come on. If you don’t have iDecide, what are you doing?! The app makes it even easier to send interactive presentations right from your phone. It’s easy to use, the design is sleek, and it gets results! No complaints with the app or the company

I am seeing very few reviews on this app, so to me that means either people don’t feel it’s user friendly like me or they have the capability to remove negative reviews so others who check the reviews won’t see the bad reviews for the app! I reached out to get a refund but was told it was past the 3 day period! WHAT 3 days for a refund! Now that is a rip off! Just goes to show that they must not be selling many of this app because it’s Nit user friendly! That’s the other reason they don’t have many reviews because people got frustrated with it!

Incredibly easy to use. Very user friendly and makes sending presentations super easy with 3 clicks.
