Die App „Global Log Management (GLM) ist der mobile Teil des Gesamtsystems GLM by Latschbacher. GLM sichert eine ordnungsgemäße Holzlogistik vom Wald in den Industriebetrieb. Jeder Stamm erhält ein festsitzendes Plättchen mit einer eindeutigen Nummer. Durch die eindeutige Nummer ist eine unzulässige Logistik ausgeschlossen. An jedem Stamm oder Transporteinheit, die auf Lager liegt oder transportiert wird, muss ein Plättchen mit einer Nummer angebracht sein. Stämme, die keine Nummern tragen, sind nicht erlaubt. Jeder Berechtigte kann an Hand der Nummer die gesamte Geschichte des Stammes sehen und kontrollieren.
