3、分析身体疲劳：利用HRV检测您全天的疲劳变化情况，数据显示夜间并不一定是疲劳最低的时段哦
4、记录睡眠情况：检测您夜间的睡眠分段，帮助您更好的了解睡眠，提升睡眠质量
5、科学运动助手：精准记录运动期间的心率趋势、精神和疲劳变化，同时还可检测运动恢复能力
6、每日报告：每日可查看检测的综合数据报告
