Jouw trainingen en resultaten: Bekijk je persoonlijke trainingsschema, doe thuis oefeningen of bekijk jouw test resultaten van bijvoorbeeld een krachttest of conditietest. Vanaf nu train je samen met je Arendse Health club app, verzamel jouw moves en word je iedere dag actiever! Registreren van je moves of het bijhouden van jouw voeding gaat met de nieuwe Arendse health club app steeds makkelijker: koppel hem aan andere services zoals Strava, Runkeeper of Myfitnesspal, Apple Health. Of gebruik de app zelf als activity tracker. Deze app is dus dé Alles-in-1 oplossing voor een gezonde leefstijl.
