Booking detail: outstanding payment amount is now clearly shown

Call list: count now follows the same filters as the list itself,
better marking of reservations expected on a different day, and
more stable row display.
ParkingPro App: paid status stays visible while amounts and payment
method can remain hidden; reservations are always shown in the
