I’ve been ENDLESSLY searching for a game tracking app. I use Letterboxd for movies and couldn’t find anything with the same ease, simplicity, and polished look as that for games. I’ve been using Backloggd but the lack of app is a real issue for me and I honestly just hate their interface. Then I magically stumbled on Stash a few days ago through a random Reddit comment and I’m BLOWN AWAY. This app is literally everything I’ve been looking for. It’s easy to use, lets me browse games that are trending, has a feed for friend updates, has a nice profile page, the review logging isn’t overly complex (*cough* Backloggd👀), etc.It’s still got a few bugs here and there such as: when I add a platform, playtime, etc after a rating and review, it resets my rating and review. So I have to remember to add the play time and platforms and things first even though they’re at the bottom of the review page. Also, I wish I could organize my profile based on my preference. I can filter my games by release date to look at them, but I wish they would permanently stay that way on my profile categories so an old game I randomly remembered to add isn’t at the top of my feed over the new release that I just beat.But these are minor inconsistencies in the grand scheme of what this app delivers and it’s FREE. Which is even more incredible! ❤️

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this app and I hope that it’s getting all the support to keep it up and running. I’ve been using it for over a month now and it’s helped me with organizing and plan games that I want to play in my backlog, review games I’m playing and catalog all the stuff that I own or want to own. As soon as I’m able, I’ll be buying a year subscription to show you guys more support. The sheer depth of games you’ve included (also romhacks!!!!) is massive. And the UI is so user friendly and easy to use. I’ve turned multiple people on to this app and they’ve all thoroughly enjoyed using it. I’ve been praying for a Letterboxd style app for games and this hits the nail on the head. Well done, for real for real.
Great app for logging, needs more social features

A very well thought out app with practically any game you would look for listed, excellent profile categories and overall good UI, if a little buggy at times. The devs often add really good features like the industry events pages, which are super handy for logging games you just watched or scrolling through for reveals you may have missed. However, I wish it tapped into the social aspects more, seeing what others are playing/beaten other than the top 10 most recent reviews, popular lists, seeing what reviews a certain user liked of a game, etc. Some of this is already possible but it's not at all easy.

This is just the app I was looking for. All the important features are free!!!! (Biggest plus!) It’s so simple and easy to use. Has all the features I was looking for to keep track of the games I’m playing. I just wanted a simple, nice-looking app that I could sort through my games. I use it to keep track of all the games me and my wife are playing together, and this app is perfect for that. So far it’s had every game I’ve searched for. LOVE IT!!! Best video game library app ever. The only thing I’d add is the ability to track trophy progress or plats. That would be cool. :)
