The app was the best online banking app in Colombia until Itaú acquired the original bank. They keep trying to fix the app, but after the last update I can’t transfer money using the app. I have to turn on my computer and use the web version. Absolutely useless app.
Nothing in this app works
This app is so frustrating to use. I cannot even select a transfer recipient. I tap and tap away trying to select a recipient until the app freezes. Not mention it’s incredibly slow by any standard.
Could improve!
Too slow for certain services or just do not work sometimes: transfers, PSE does not appear despite the marketing message
