Touring Agreement Address Fix – The touring agreement now correctly displays the listing address instead of the owner’s home address, ensuring accurate information for visitors. This manual process leads to inefficiencies and delays in confirming showing times. The new Owner/Occupant feature introduces SMS-based showing approvals in InstaShow+, allowing an owner/occupant to approve or decline tour requests with a simple text message.

To comply with these regulations, InstaShow+ is introducing a Touring Agreement, a non-financially binding legal document valid for 7 days per property.
