Fixed an issue in the Igloo lock verification flow where users were unable to complete verification if the unlock step was skipped during initial setup. Users can now successfully verify their lock even after revisiting it later, as long as the lock is unlocked. Resolved the problem where the Continue button remained disabled despite a successful connection and unlock. Improved overall reliability of the lock verification process after reconnection.

New Owner/Occupant Feature For properties that are occupied (either for rent or for sale), coordinating availability between the owner/occupant and the agent/property manager requires extensive back-and-forth communication. This manual process leads to inefficiencies and delays in confirming showing times. The new Owner/Occupant feature introduces SMS-based showing approvals in InstaShow+, allowing an owner/occupant to approve or decline tour requests with a simple text message.

Bug fixes and other small improvements

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recently mandated that realtors must have a buyer broker agreement in place for prospective clients buying or renting a property through a broker. To comply with these regulations, InstaShow+ is introducing a Touring Agreement, a non-financially binding legal document valid for 7 days per property. This agreement ensures compliance with property access regulations and simplifies the touring process for visitors.
