Why do people regret they didn't spend more time with friends & family? Reminders to keep in touch with the people you know for free.

Close personal relationships make life happier, healthier and longer. Sounds crazy, but you can find the 75 year long Harvard study by Robert Waldinger online.

Are you are already in touch with people on social media?

It doesn't matter.

What matters is seeing your closest people regular and often.

I made Amicu to remember to keep in touch.

It's easy to start.

Add your five best friends. Later you add more family members and friends. It's helpful to not add more people than you can meet in your free time.

The researcher Dunbar recommends to meet:

• 5 best people at least once per week
• 10 close people at least once per month
• 35 friends at least once three to four months

That's 50 people. You can add even more, but it's good to be mindful about your time.

Personal relationships change. That's normal and makes room for meeting new people. You can reflect after meeting people. Remove reminders, when a relationship fades. It should not feel like work or forced to keep in touch.

Great Set Up For Busy People

This app is extremely helpful for those of you who have a long contact list, busy schedules, and long hours. It’s had to find time to meet with friends when you’re so busy. Often times texts and sent late and hang outs are planned last minute. This app help a lot with scheduling, reminders, and helping to keep track of your conversations with people you really care about!

Great App!

This app is very well designed with a great intention behind it! It is very easy to setup notifications to keep in touch with friends and to add their birthdays. My favorite part is the activities section of the inspiration tab for fun ideas with your loved ones and thought-provoking TED talks. Wonderful idea to keep us connected! ❤️

Great for introverts who want to be more outgoing

I spend a lot of time alone and need to socialize more. The only thing is I had a habit of being alone. So this app helps remind me to get out of my “hermit lair” and contact people.
