I can’t thank this app enough! I accidentally deleted some really important media from my last vacation, and I thought they were gone forever. Then I found Photo Recovery, and it saved the day! The recovery process was super easy—I was able to get back all my deleted photos and even some videos I had forgotten about.What’s even better is how it cleaned up my gallery. I didn’t realize how many duplicate photos and unnecessary screenshots were cluttering my phone. After using the duplicate cleaner, I freed up so much storage space, and now my gallery is organized and easy to browse.This app does exactly what it promises and more. This is my first time typing a review and it's for good reason. Unfortunately this app cannot provide the services it claims to offer. I would also like to confirm that I only paid for the weekly subscription, not the yearly. If I'm charged $60, I will absolutely know. I bought the weekly subscription today, not the yearly. Reaffirming this statement so the developer knows. I will absolutely not be charged $60, I have already canceled my plan within the Apple Store as I had no ability to cancel the subscription within the app. It offered me two deals and during the last prompt it only allowed me to send an email to the support team for the app being too expensive or for technical issues. I sent an email anyway to confirm that I will not be charged $60 for an app that has proven unreliable. Whether or not this app can actually provide the services it offers, this app clearly has not proven useful whatsoever for myself. Again, if I'm charged $60 I will know. I read the previous reviews and many people came across this issue. I paid for less than $10 and that's it. Thank you.

You will be charged the subscription fee you selected as a subscription, and according to the terms you have seen explicitly on the purchase page, Apple charges you the amount. I do a lot of iPhone photography and this app really helps to remove duplicates that aren't sharp (also video). Additionally, it declutters my phone from all those random screenshots by sorting them all in one bundle so you don’t have to search for them throughout your pictures and can pick and choose which to keep or remove. Make no mistake, you have full control in deciding what stays or goes to trash, but this app moves the process along at a faster pace by assisting and sorting everything for you. Photo cleanup is something I would imagine some might procrastinate on doing until your phone’s storage is full, but now it’s a quick and easy job! No more procrastinating!

Hello. I have emailed your contact support to please refund me, my $60. I never meant to sign up for this charge. Also when I attempted to recover some photos and the app didn’t not recover what I needed. The app didn’t work for me and I’m out $60, which is insane to me! I hope you can refund me because I would never sign up to pay so much money in this economy. Hope you can assist me. Please!!As a response to your comments: I just explained to you that I never meant to sign up! I never even got the images i lost and for you to not want to return my money when i never got anything out of the app just showshow fraudulent you are. You come here in the comments and lie! The screenshot show i signed up and then unsubscribed. And of course I did when I saw I was being charged $60! Can’t you just refund me? You’re app did nothing for me and I NEVER MEANT TO SIGN UP! Also I HAVE contacted your team and again they did nothing me for. You are robbing me out of $60 you scammers! IF YOU REALLY WERENT SCAMMERS YOU WOULD RETURN MY MONEY AS AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
