SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
We believe financial security should be accessible to everyone, which is why you can always track shifts, add rotas, and see gross pay for free with wac. With a monthly or annual subscription, you can access additional features to streamline your organisation and track your hours whilst saving you time.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase

Love the way I can keep track of my hours and I can get an estimate of what my check will be so I can manage my spending correctly. It is quite accurate as well! This app also helps you budget your spending which is great help to me. I also really like the daily quotes and trivia. That’s an added plus to that is for that extra feature. For being a free app this does so much! I love it!

Was great until paid update. Paid for subscription and now functionality is broken.

Until recently WAC was free and I didn’t have a single issue with it. The paid update was cheap so I went for it. Now it’s the first paycheck since the paid update and when I add my allowance, it acts as if it’s still the previous pay period. (My paycheck came on the 26th. I updated my allowance. It says I have 0 bills due this pay period, and has the bills for this pay period still listed as next pay period. It’s been almost 3 days and hasn’t corrected itself.) Also, no quick chat or in-app feedback option. Must write email.

Thanks for the feedback, it seems you're experiencing a bug here. Please can you contact us on Whatsapp, which is available in the app by tapping Profile Icon > Contact Us > Whatsapp. This way we can access your account and solve the issue, our customer service is 24/7 so we can get it fixed asap.
The first actually free app I’ve used

All of the apps I see are amazing but then when I want to use one of the features I would have to pay them 20$ a month to use it but this app doesn’t have anything of the sort. Their app is free to use and useful! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve never rated an app 1 star before. I am absolutely appalled by the way the makers of the app took all the features I’ve been using for almost a year and made them something you have to pay for. I’m deleting the app immediately, the app was marketed as helping those who struggle and work low paying jobs. Making people who struggle for money pay for something that was previously free is in poor taste. I shouldn’t have to subscribe to an app to keep track of my two jobs. Obviously if I work two jobs I don’t have the budget for a bunch of useless subscriptions. Another good thing ruined by greed.

Thank you for your feedback, the costs of running an app are astronomical and we had no choice but to charge for a premium version of the app or close the app completely. When we launched premium on 20th March we offered all existing users a special discount if they joined within the first 30 days, but we will always offer a free version of the app where you can track your hours and add your rota If you've missed the family offer and would like to join premium please contact us on Whatspp.
