I used this company and I never been happy or satisfied like now I just wish you can cover more areas in the European side of istanbul, good application interface and friendly to use. You deserve 10 stars not just 5. a foreigner living in Turkey testimony

Bad bad app with lot of bugs

What a disappointment. They have grear scooters and really lot of them all over the city (Sarajevo), but unfortunately sooo many bugs in the app that they are not fixing for months now. Their customer support is practically nonexistent and when you have an issue with the payment or anything- no one that you can reach. Big problems with the map that just disappears from time to time and with forbidden areas. Overall- really really not good. I wrote to their country manager for Bosnia&Herzegovina on Linkedin, but unfortunately never received a response.

It is a scam!!! First, this app stops working when I want to end the trip. It says that there is no internet while other apps and websites on my phone work with no problem. So, I have to reboot my phone several times or reinstall the app, which takes 5-10 minutes (the app charges around 7 tl per minutes). Second, the app refill the balance twice at once without my permission (automatic refill was not on). I’m going to call my bank to get refund.

I applied with my foreign bank debit card and it allowed me to get a scooter to ride, unfortunately when I tried to end the ride it wasn’t allowing me to end it. This is a problem especially in an metropolitan city like Istanbul where there are a lot of visitors/tourist who want to use it. I felt trapped because it didn’t allow me to end the ride and charged me more than usual😏
