‘I love this app! You can use it at the hospital for info and directions, or at home so you can plan your time at the hospital, without having to be confused as soon as you get there! I also love how you can use it to find and get information for basically ANYTHING about the hospital! Helpful info includes food nearby and, in the hospital, where the bathrooms are, and places to play and rest. The app looks nice and inviting, along with being able to filter whether you are staying overnight, a few hours, or visiting the emergency department. I love how it shows the pictures of the different places around the hospital underneath the name of the location. It is a guide to the entire hospital, and you can get directions from your own phone.

This app is very easy and useful. I highly recommend this app if you want to be 1 click away from speaking to your care team. 1 click away from being able obtain test results. Especially once your little one has surgery and there might be questions you have…No more waiting on the phone, this is a more direct and way faster means of getting a response. I'd give the app 12/10 if I could.

Love the support and stability as well as my care team I thank them for being here for me and us to help us with life and soo great to be able to talk with them through here you can make appointments and request medication and have zoom meeting (you must be able to download the zoom app) but very nice app I love it and I love the people too

My family and I are beyond grateful for the care provided by the Seattle Children’s Hospital care team. The plan designed for my son was followed through exactly how it was explained to me when we first started care here. Dr. Boy and the team that have care for my son are beyond amazing.
