* Tagtool is now available in three additonal languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese. * Optional new mode switch mechanism: replaced the classic "Paint" and "Animate" switch with a new concept that makes layer creation easier to understand for new users and prepares ground for future development. The Paint/Animate button has been replaced with the "New Layer" button that now has the same function in both Paint and Animation mode. When finished with painting a layer, tap the "Done" button. The new mode switch mechanism is disabled by default and can be enabled by unchecking "Classic Paint / Animate Switch" under "Menu > Interface". * FPS Counter: shows current and average frames per second. Useful to evaluate Tagtool performance for busy scenes. Always aim for 60fps for best results. The FPS counter can be turned on in "Menu > Interface > Show FPS Counter". * Video Codecs: option to choose between different video codecs available on your device for video recording. RELEASE NOTES: - Aim Trail: brought back the smooth fading trail when using the aiming function - Added Output Quality settings under Main Menu > Graphics Settings. This affects how smooth the artwork appears on the external display, in fullscreen mode or in video recordings. "Low Quality (no AA)" disables Anti-aliasing and is a good option on slower devices. "Medium Quality (FXAA)" and "Medium Quality (SMAA)" offer two different options for fast smoothing, with SMAA as the default setting. "High Quality (MSAA)" looks best but is the slowest option. - Super Sampling: this option appears in the Graphics Settings menu on iPads with M1 processor or faster. This is an ultra high quality setting recommended only for high end devices or offline renders with the realtime capture switch turned off in Capture Settings. - Fixed issue with app not starting on some older devices - Remember last used server name for online sessions - fixed crashes when connecting/disconnecting external display - lots of bug fixes and performance optimizations
