I really love this game.. BUT.. Unfortunately I have not been able to play it for about a week now. When I log on to the game it lets me collect my bonuses, but when I try to challenge on a game it spins like it is searching for another player then it will just boot me back to the home screen every time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and it still does this every time.. I am soooo frustrated.. If this glitch does not get fixed I am afraid I will just have to uninstall the game completely and just call it quits.. This is the ONLY reason I am only leaving a 3 star rating otherwise it would be a 5 for sure.

Game will not display cards

I used to love playing this game BUT there been quite a few times where I would be playing & try to rearrange my cards in sequence & it will not move the cards to display correctly thus causing me to lose the game. This is getting ridiculous, I have thought about deleting this game because of that. When than happens , only way I can get rid of it is to restart my phone. Don’t know how much longer I will keep playing this game also keeps freezing & it automatically discards a card that I didn’t want discarded. This game is getting worse by the day I’m changing my rating. This is the worst game there is it keeps freezing up and you cannot discard you not cannot clean your Gin Rummy status or nothing. I would delete the game and start over but then you lose everything you had. You need to fix this immediately. I’m revising my review IF I could give this game no stars I DEFINITELY WOULD. This game has caused me to lose so many games by NOT letting me rearrange the cards to form a suit. I’m very SERIOUSLY think of not playing this game anymore. I hope it’s not doing anyone else like this. I’m glad I’m not paying for this game or I would most DEFINITELY ask for a refund I don’t think I could recommend this game for now. It would have to improve a lot better before I would I am updating my review AGAIN THIS game doesn’t know how to add or subtract I just played a game. I knock because I had an Ace & the other player had a 4. Well they called it an undercut. Last time I was in school 4 -1 equals 3. So I should have gotten 3 points instead of the other player getting an undercut & winning the game. I don’t mind losing it just the idea the game does a lot of cheating. Also it keeps saying lost connection when my connection is very good. It’s the app

I love this game I’ve had it for a while it’s just been great now for about a month while playing the game the opponents turn when it’s my turn it’s like the game freezes I keep catching all over my iPad everything moves but nothing can happen because the arrow is stuck toward the guest and playing against then I was told I miss three times and sometimes it just acts like it re-shuffled resets the order of my cards no longer is there a mailed that I was saving the next thing I know the guest wins the only other aggravation was that sometimes you’ll get your card from the pile and it just has a circle that keeps circling and circling and circling never changes anyway I can’t take it anymore I’m deleting it what a shame it was really enjoyable before it started throwing me out for no reason except the game is freezing not my iPad

Freezes up way too much

EDIT: it keeps getting worse and worse, I now can’t even finish a 10 point game without it freezing up. I had almost 25 million coins and am die n to less than 5,000 now because of the glitch that causes the freezing. PLAYING FOR FREE IS OK BUT I WOULD NOT EVER SPEN ANYMORE MONEY ON THIS GAME BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE IT IMMEDIATELY!!!! It’s time to do your job and fix the issue! This game is good except for it freezes up way too much, probably about 50% of the games and causes you to lose even if you have a winning hand. If the cards are not in order even with a winning hand it causes you to lose. Fix it and I will spend some money on the game otherwise I’ll spend my money with the games that don’t cause you to lose because of their errors like your game does.
