This app compared to others have worked well. I wish there were more choices for older programming. Also $30/month is somewhat steep for a streaming service. There’s some fine tuning that they can do (I’m prob too used to services like Netflix) but overall I’m happy this experience has been somewhat satisfying. :)

I purchased a subscription about nine months ago for my mother through her iPhone, intending to provide a reliable service on a single device without sharing her password with anyone. However, we encounter serious issues every month as we are forced to repeat the activation process to regain access. In the last six months, there have been two instances where the service failed to recognize her account with no justifiable reason. This has severely eroded our trust in the service, resulting in over a week of disruption while we attempted to resolve these problems.The lack of effective customer service is unacceptable. The U.S. support number is useless, and email responses take over a week, often offering only generic and unhelpful information. Following their suggestion to contact customer service via WhatsApp has proven equally ineffective, with no response whatsoever. If you are not deeply invested in TVB content, I would strongly advise against using this service, as it represents a significant failure in customer support and reliability.

I really wanted to like the app and gave it a shot and got the year subscription. I want to encourage my kids to learn and understand more Cantonese so that is the objective of getting the subscription. My kids aren’t very good at Chinese so they need English subtitles, which is not available. In addition, I want to use the app. It makes me log, which is a nuisance. furthermore the selection is very limited. They have some old ATV series which I do want to watch, but they lack the one that I like the most which is.和殭屍有個約會 I have a date with a vampire and some other ones. I wish they had some kid shows such as anime available that would make it more worth it.

I was truly enjoying watching all the dramas and had zero issues. Until today, I was playing Virtues of Harmony (already on episode 61) and it just disappeared from my app. It looks like they took the drama off because it’s not even on my list to watch nor continue watching tab. It’s pretty frustrating especially I’m about a third into the whole drama and it just disappears. Please fix it as $30 is a pretty expensive subscription for things to not work or suddenly go away.
