TucomunidApp es una nueva forma de relacionarte con tu comunidad de vecinos. Se conecta directamente con los sistemas del administrador de fincas de tu comunidad, para acceder a toda la información relevante y hacer todas las gestiones directamente: Reportar una incidencia, reservar un espacio común, o incluso votar los asuntos de la próxima junta.
Si, parece increíble. Con TucomunidApp puedes hacer todo esto:
• Reportar incidencias y conocer su evolución
• Reservar espacios comunes (salas, pistas, …)
• Reservar la piscina común respetando el aforo máximo
• Acceder a toda la documentación de la Comunidad
• Acceder a tus recibos
• Delegar el voto sobre los diferentes temas de las juntas
• Proponer temas para próximas juntas
• Recibir notificaciones del Administrador y del presidente
• Comunicar sus solicitudes al presidente y al Administrador
• Contactar con los vecinos que quieran estar accesibles
• Cambio de cuenta corriente de domiciliación de sus recibos
• Consultar la Agenda de la Comunidad
• Invitación a inquilinos o miembros de tu unidad familiar
Si eres propietario de la vivienda, el administrador de fincas de tu comunidad debe invitarte para acceder a los datos. Cuando te registres con esta invitación, ya podrás realizar todas las gestiones de tu vivienda.
Si eres inquilino de la vivienda, te invitará el propietario, y accederás a todas las gestiones relacionadas con la vida en la comunidad, pero no con la gestión de recibos de la comunidad o las juntas.
Todas las gestiones que se realicen son legales y, si lo requieren, cuentan con los certificados necesarios, puesto que utilizamos una plataforma 3º de confianza.
Ojo, TucomunidApp es una plataforma intermediaria, y mostraremos la información que comparta el administrador de fincas de tu comunidad. Puede no utilizar todas las opciones que tiene disponibles, o hacerlo de forma imprevista. Estamos empezando y seguro que con tu ayuda podemos mejorar. En el registro tendrás que aceptar los términos y condiciones, y se solicitarán permisos para acceder a los recursos del móvil en cada momento que se vayan a utilizar: la cámara para el perfil, la ubicación para registrar una incidencia, etc.
I followed the steps of the last 1 star review to change the language to “ingles” and it stays Spanish. You can change it to French just fine because I tried that as well. Hopefully you can fix English ASAP

English language isn’t working, notifications don’t open the details, when working with more than one property notifications and drill down don’t make sense.
