You consider lowering or quitting smoking? BreathFree here is for you. This simple app will make it a easy and motivating. It will keep on encouraging with your daily successes.
As you decrease your daily smoking, a breath-taking background image will gradually appear. But you will need to keep the pace to maintain it visible.
Only two rules to commit with: smoke only one cigarette at a time, and progressively extend your non smoking interval between two cigarettes. You decide at your own pace how much to increase this interval.
Since it is no stress and almost no effort, you have good chances to be successful from the very first day. Once you get really used to a non-smoking interval, just increase its length of 10 or 15 minutes. You keep control and you decide depending on your pace and confidence.

- Enter your data of reference and select your interface language.
- Gradually increase the counter each time you smoke. At the end of the day, save your data.
