I give this app 4 stars and not 5 because it has a tiered membership the more you pay the more access you have. Having 6 allergies that impact my daily life and Especially my wallet, having to pay monthly for even more to avoid my allergies is draining and frustrating. The app itself is actually way more accurate than other website and apps I’ve tried. I can’t believe it isn’t more popular. It even listed my uncommon food allergy, Onion, as a filter option when customizing my allergy list. Which is not offered on any other app or website. For that I am immensely grateful and impressed.

After over a year of searching for the reason as to why I have been so sick and having severe allergic reactions, I’ve finally come to find out that I have a lactose allergy. My reactions have become more severe with time and not knowing exactly what foods contain lactose had me in a panic until I found this app. I have a pretty restricted diet from now on and this app provides so much help in knowing what is okay to eat and what to avoid.

The fact that allergens are taken more seriously by the food industry is startling to say the least. However, this app and the makers are wonderful people who are giving invaluable information. I can not say enough good things about this app and the company behind it. I rely on it to be able to eat most things and I appreciate it so much.
