Login quickly with Touch ID or Face ID and make your experience personal by uploading your own profile image, and customizing your controls and alerts to suit your lifestyle. With this app, you can: 1. Lock and unlock your card 2. Make credit card payments 3. View account details 4. Monitor recent and pending transactions 5. Dispute a transaction 6. Report card lost or stolen 7. Set travel notifications 8. Set alerts, controls, or restrictions on your card All your information is safe and secure.

Developed Their Own App And It Has Major Capability Flaws & Bugs

(Running app on iOS on iPhone XS Max). Recently, Glass City dropped support of the Securlock Equip app that did what Glass City is intending this proprietary app to accomplish. Execution in the early stages of this apps development is lacking. The arguably best feature of these apps is to set up instant notifications when something hits your credit or debit card, to know in real-time whether or not your card has been compromised, or in some cases, merchants charge you more than then they said they would. THE GC APP HAS A NOTIFICATIONS SETTINGS SECTION FOR THIS BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO ACCESS IT, IT IS A BLANK SCREEN. Real-time notifications on pending charges can not be set up in this new app. You can only see what’s happening on your card by going into the app, so unless you’re going into the app every minute, you’re allowing time for thieves with your stolen card number to spend as much as they can until you decide to go into the app, discover it, then lock the card! Please fix this ASAP Glass City! I miss SecurLock Equip, because although it was glitchy, it saved me from these such charges because of their capable notification settings!

The app has allowed me to put alerts on all ATM transactions on both my debit and credit card, as well as transactions. It lets you put travel notices on your cards and you can de-activate and activate your card as needed. I love it! The app stays updated on my available credit for my credit card, compared to the home banking app they offer. I love the accuracy and the easy navigation. Haven’t had any issues since creating a login.
