Notan
Grade Calculator
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The universal grade calculator.
Notan helps students keep track of every grade and instantly see where they stand. Add your subjects, enter your grades, and watch your averages update in real time.
Built for your school system
Notan isn't a one-size-fits-all calculator. Pick your country and get a grade system that actually matches your school: Germany (including full Abitur support), Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy, Vietnam, and International (build your own custom grading scale).
Powerful, yet simple
• Weighted grades & grade groups: give exams, tests and homework the weight they deserve
• Terms & semesters: track each part of the year separately
• Live averages & summaries: see your current standing at a glance
• Custom rounding: rounded, 1 or 2 decimal places, plus floating-point grades
• Handy tools: quick average calculator and a 15↔6 points converter
Your data, your way
• Multiple spaces: manage grades for several people or classes on one device
• Sync across devices: connect your phone and tablet with a simple QR code
• Transfer & backup: move your data to a new device and restore from automatic backups anytime
• PDF export: share or print a clean overview of your grades
Private by design
Notan is local-first: your grades live on your device. Cloud sync is completely optional and only happens when you choose to turn it on.
Free to use, dark mode, and available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Vietnamese.
