The app was easy to start using. I was able to set up the business hours that tells the app when to track my business mileage. Overall the app has tracked my mileage accurately without any issues. You must keep the location services on all the time so that the app tracks your mileage while you are talking on the phone or listening to music. The interface could use an update, but I am only tracking mileage for work and don’t really use it a lot. My overall experience has been positive.

Our company uses this app for our mileage program. In short, the app works consistently well. The support team helped with the only issue I had with the app related to location services. They pointed out that there is a pop up for location services that I have to remember to keep on all the time, which cleared everything up.

I think the bad reviews for this app are from the technically challenged. As a sales professional we've got some great older sales guys and women, many of them mentors, that are resistant to change or just have trouble with technology in general. It's a tool with a slight learning curve, but way better than old school pen and paper. Take the time, learn the app, thank me later. Game changer.
