This user–friendly mobile application has been developed in collaboration between GIZ and Yarmouk Water Company (YWC) to enhance the communication between water users (local communities) and water provider YWC in six communities in Irbid governorate, namely: Ebder, Doaqarah, Bait Ras, Samar, Foa’rah and Alkharaj. This application will contribute in raising the awareness of local communities about water related topics. The users can report complains about illegal use or leakage in water network (anonymously).
