Lately, the application features have not function optimumly. Transactions history not showing & incessant failed transaction unlike when the application was newly upgraded to its new outlook.

I have a discussions with your bank branch manager in Osogbo yesterday in your bank expecting a positive response but rather an heartbroken one. I ask for loan on my mining and gas business which was declined both, I haven’t taken a loan from from your bank for more than three years have been banking with you taken less to default. Even people’s I have refers to your bank that collected loan didn’t default for once. When I open an account with your bank, it’s purposely to access a loan when times come for it to support my business in future. Is part of the bank program to give loan to customers. I was unhappy and surprised to the response I got from the customer cares and the manager yesterday.

It’s quite unfortunate what is going on with the recent update of your App. For over a month i haven’t been able to access my account from my phone and i keep wondering what if i had only this account? And clearly you see it is a business account? You have failed in supporting me!
