Inefficient features on app

Lately, the application features have not function optimumly. Transactions history not showing & incessant failed transaction unlike when the application was newly upgraded to its new outlook.

ThE WORSE BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKING

Here's a rephrased version maintaining the original words:"This bank called Jaiz Bank is one of the worst and most useless banks in the history of the banking system. The government should intervene and seize their license for life. Since opening an account last month, I've experienced issue after issue. Transfers take 72 hours to credit, their app is a nightmare, and customer support is a disaster. I've been trying to transfer money for 3 days, and when I contacted customer care, they said it's due to maintenance, but they can't even tell me when it will end. What kind of bank does maintenance without informing clients or providing a timeline? If nothing changes within 24 hours, I'll be taking my complaints online."

I have a discussions with your bank branch manager in Osogbo yesterday in your bank expecting a positive response but rather an heartbroken one. I ask for loan on my mining and gas business which was declined both, I haven’t taken a loan from from your bank for more than three years have been banking with you taken less to default. Even people’s I have refers to your bank that collected loan didn’t default for once. When I open an account with your bank, it’s purposely to access a loan when times come for it to support my business in future. Is part of the bank program to give loan to customers. I was unhappy and surprised to the response I got from the customer cares and the manager yesterday.

I sent money from Jaiz acc to my other bank, I was debited immediately but never recieved the money in my acc. There’s absolutely zero chance of getting access to the customer service. I hope this help and no other person will fall victim of this app and bank. Again do not bank with this people, have been trying to access my account for the hours.
