Meet Dino! A step-by-step path from red, yellow and blue to mixing colors and reading color words — with games and a plan made just for your child.
Meet Dino, the friendly dinosaur who teaches kids their colors.
I Like Colors turns learning colors into a playful, step-by-step adventure. Kids meet each color, find it in the world around them, mix new ones and even read color words — with Dino cheering them on the whole way. Made for ages 2 to 5, on iPhone and iPad.
A REAL LEARNING PATH, NOT JUST FLASHCARDS
10 units and 49 bite-sized lessons on a painted map, each building on the last:
• Rainbow Starters — red, yellow and blue
• Color Garden — green, orange and purple
• Color Explorers — pink, brown, black, white and gray
• Color Detectives — spot colors in everyday things
• Mix Masters — mixing colors, light and dark
• Rainbow Road — the colors of the rainbow, in order
• Sorting Station — sort things by color
• Color and Thing — the red car, not the red balloon
• Light and Dark — shades from light to dark
• Color Words — read red, blue and more
KIDS LEARN BY DOING
• Hear a color and tap it
• Find the same thing in the same color
• Sort things into color baskets
• Mix two colors and see what they make
• Read a color word and pick the color
Dino reads every question out loud, so even kids who can't read yet can play on their own. Get it right and the celebration is instant — cheerful sounds, confetti and praise from Dino. Get it wrong and Dino shows the answer, then asks again a little later. No pressure, ever.
LESSONS THAT ADAPT
Colors your child already knows skip straight to quick practice, while tricky ones come back for review until they stick. Every unit ends with a checkpoint, and confident kids can skip ahead.
A PLAN MADE FOR YOUR CHILD
At the start, kids tell Dino their name, age and what they already know, then play a quick warm-up so Dino can find the right starting point. You get a personal plan with a goal and a milestone date — like knowing all the colors and mixing new ones.
BUILDS A DAILY HABIT
• Streaks reward a little practice every day
• Choose 5, 10 or 15 minutes a day
• Optional gentle reminders at the time you choose
FREE PLAY
Tap any color to hear its name, then explore the everyday things that share it.
FOR PARENTS & TEACHERS
A grown-ups area (behind a parental gate) shows progress, accuracy and mastery for every unit. Create a shareable report card to send to a teacher, a grandparent, or your fridge.
SAFE FOR KIDS
• No ads. Ever.
• No social features
• Parental gate protects all purchases and settings
• Progress is stored on your device
• Sound on or off with one switch
SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE
Fully localized in 34 languages — from English, Spanish and French to Japanese, Portuguese and Arabic — with Dino speaking out loud in every one.
FREE TO START
Rainbow Starters and Rainbow Road are free, along with five visits to Free Play. Premium unlocks every unit, unlimited Free Play and future lessons, plus parent and teacher report cards. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription — the yearly plan starts with a 2-week free trial. Cancel anytime.
