This is honestly a great app and i love the coins feature too and the promos so much of it is done so much better than other apps but i win this parlay and when i go to withdraw, hmm that's funny where do i put my bank information in at. i purchased funds on here perfectly fine but everytime i went to withdraw i got a error message because i didn't have a bank listed and id simply go and change that if there was an option to in settings, all other sports betting apps let you change your withdraw settings but i cant do anything here and support cant even insert my bank so now i have to settle for an e-check. and i may be a select few that had problems but if it happened to me it can happen to others so its an issue. my only suggestion is to make the withdraw process smoother and then this would be a PERFECT app because you've gotten everything else right

I reached HoF rank by larger anchor bets but they capped anchor bets to $50 not too long ago. Went from the go to book to hardly using this app. Live betting multiple legs is super annoying. Odds change so fast you have to smash the send bet button, whatever it’s called. Some lines get suspended and removed from your slip and you end up with a bet you don’t even want. So you have to make sure none are suspended, then continue, but by the time you’ve read it the odds have already changed, rinse repeat. When your slip has a suspended pick, it’s removed from your slip so you gotta flip back and forth from menus and find your pick again and add it back to the slip. and by the time you’ve done that some other pick on your slip is prolly suspended lol. Overall horrible live betting exp.It took a while to get to HoF rank. If I could change one thing, I would just increase the cap on the amount of money you can bet on anchors. Or maybe increase it based on your level? That seems like an actual incentive to level up.

I was upset that for some reason it wouldn’t let me contact support and I didn’t have a way of getting my deposit match. Well I left a review and someone contacted me with info to message them so they could make this right. Honestly for someone to take the time to make my experience a good one means a lot they actually care about their customers. To be honest it doesn’t matter about the deposit match it matter they actually take time out their day to make one person happy. Deff try this app best customer service 🤙🏼I was told I would get deposit match and it never didnt match my deposit and now it keeps saying error when I try to contact support. Betting on this app is good but not being able to get help with an app is not cool. If anyone from the app reads this I would love to be contacted from support!

So far so good. I love how early projections get on the board and how you can communicate with friends and other peers. I feel like you should be able to combine QB & WR even if the payout is a little less because players are either going to hit their projections or not simple as that. Same thing with NBA PRA projections. The app has glitched out on me twice and when it did that it erased my picks I had on the board that definitely needs to be addressed asap. The payout process was ease and it only took a day to receive my winnings. Functionality and simplicity overall a great app and I’m looking forward to growing with you guys as the years go by.
