US users can only use American Express cars via Wallet to add yen to Pasmo card in Wallet.
Does what’s needed - but lacks flexibility
I wanted to write this to give advice to those trying to use it who don’t read Japanese.
I give 3 stars because it’s true, language cannot be changed, however if you set up the PASMO through “Wallet” it will do so in Wallets set language making the app functional like any other cash-card and easy to charge up and use for transit.
Can’t reload card anymore
Useless to those who don’t read Japanese or to those who use outside banking accounts including Apple Pay.
