“东西优选网”是由广东省扶贫开发办公室唯一授权的扶贫产品线上交易平台，全权委托广东省农村电子商务协会运营。“东西优选网”以“东西携手协作、共推消费扶贫”为主题，以“买全国 卖世界”为宗旨，坚持三个导向：一是扶贫导向。东西优选网上线的产品必须是由当地扶贫办推荐材料（证明材料），从而持续发挥在助推脱贫攻坚、带动贫困户致富等方面的效应，不断拓宽贫困地区特色产品销售渠道，大力推动扶贫产品有效上行。二是精准导向。东西优选网通过精准加强对贫困地区的帮扶，精准帮扶到贫困户，让贫困户享受电子商务发展的成果，通过电子商务新杠杆啃下精准脱贫硬骨头。三是质量导向。依托严苛的标准认证体系，东西优选网时刻把好产品质量关，对上线的企业产品严格溯源管控，确保消费者拿到的扶贫产品安全有保障。
