Login Issue Fixed – We've resolved a problem that was affecting some users during sign-in. You should now be able to log in without any issues. Improved Feedback Tool – We’ve switched to a new feedback provider behind the scenes. It looks and works the same, but helps us manage your feedback more efficiently.

Welcome to the latest version of our app. You can now choose a 6 digit PIN to log in with instead of a memorable word. Simply log in as standard using the characters from your memorable word and then pop over to My Profile to choose a 6 digit PIN. As you know, we changed our name from Hitachi Personal Finance to Novuna Personal Finance in February 2022. From Thursday 4th August, you will need to use this new version of the App in order to manage your account. You will no longer be able to manage your account with the MyHPF app or earlier versions of the Novuna App.
