I have updated the game and played it once, after this the game does not work, if I try to open it it shuts down by itself what should I do , please give me a solution

I love the game and I’ve been playing it for years since I was 13, but two days ago my account in the game that reached around 374 stars, level 8 and 324 filmed movies have started itself again from level 1 and stars 1 as if I’ve never played ever. When I contacted the support about my problem, the bot support didn’t help me at all. I tried contacting multiple times from multiple places like the support from inside the game itself and the support of the formal website of Tamatem but yet still I haven’t got a single useful respond from the game support and I have got no respond from the website support till now. Even though my problem is a problem that the game support can solve, but yet not helped at all. I hope that the game supporters take my problem seriously and try to help me solve it because I was so sad to lose my whole effort and still sad till now.

Its a good game, i aint gonna disagree. My problem with the game is the ads and the energy. So basically, there is a LOT of adds and the game always gives you a lot of ‘go to __’ tasks and whenever i want to go it gives me an ad. If there was a payed option to stop ads always i would’ve purchased it but unfortunately there is nothing to do about ads. Plus the energy points ends so quickly especially when you’re getting into higher levels, when you’re going on an audtion and you’re on a high level it’ll need a lot of stuff and my energy just ends up so quickly, and when i have a full-energy and i reach a new level it gives you 30 worthless energy points. It should’ve been added to the amount of energy you have even though you have full energy

My profile photos suddenly disappeared even though I did not delete them. I already contacted support yesterday and still have not received any response.These photos were collected and built up on my profile over the past 6 years. Some of them were taken from previous missions, including advertisements, movie premiere events, and party organization tasks. Others were personal profile photos captured during important story moments such as marriage news, divorce announcements, and child adoption updates.These pictures hold a lot of value and memories within the game, and losing them is extremely frustrating. Please restore my photos and respond as soon as possible.
