The hardware is amazing:easy to install and quite accurate. But the software has always been bad and the recent update is basically terrible. I can’t get it to load/it’s incredibly buggy/crashes consistently/ and require reinstalling the app. Some basic UI concepts like a load status indicator are totally lacking. My guess is the business is contacting with some offshore development shop that has no idea how to build software. Hope the company can fix this soon / it’s really unfortunate to see a great idea suffer so much from a bad choice in software vendor.

This is a product that goes far beyond the other products on the market that Measure water usage. As a landlord of three different tenants, I needed to be able to measure water usage without interrupting my tenants and doing so. Not only has this product proven to be amazingly accurate but Also non-intrusive to my tenants, gives us the ability to print out where in usage amounts and bill accordingly, do you know if he web based and app based access allow great usage and monitoring what’s happening. I will mention it is imperative that you follow directions when installing. Once installed properly we have experienced zero problems. Awesome product!!!!
Great way to track water usage

I have been using this device for about 3 months and it is a peace of mind to track water usage through this user friendly app. After having a major water leakage in my home last year, I really needed something to make sure I don’t have leaks or other water usage that I am unaware of. This really solves that problem for me. I also love the ability to check the water usage when I am on vacation as I know the only water used should be for my garden. Would recommend this .
Technology Seems Sound, App Needs Work

Have had the product now about two months. Once i installed my two devices i did a QC on rates, and both were very close to actual, no special correction factor needed. My issue is with the app, when i view the weekly, the days tallies seem incorrect. I can go back to the individual days and the figures are different. For example, my weekly chart shows a usage today when in fact the system is turned off. If i look under the day tab for today, it show the correct 0 by hour. Please work on the app.
Fixes crashes due to a rendering problem when displaying the Dashboard, and fixes when a login expires.
