I’ve been using this app for about 2.5 years now. And there are days when it straight up doesn’t work at all. Like the last 3 days in particular. When looking up clients info, it can be fussy about who comes up when you type a name. Sometimes shows one client but not another with exact same name. Why does it ask for an ID at the end instead of the beginning? It’s just not great. And it’s currently been down for 3 days. Not good. We pay for your service and rely on it

This application hasn’t been smooth sailing, but I don’t think I’ve found any app that doesn’t have its flaw and hiccups. I’ve had some issues with a few things, but Paul has always written me back and tried his best to understand and fix any issues I’ve had. I agree with the previous review about being able to adjust prices on paperwork and it’s is hard to search previous clients. I constantly get booted out and have to log back in, but I believe it’s because of the number of artist using the application. Once all of the bugs are out of this system, it will be really awesome!

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now in my studio. It’s super easy and user friendly. It’s great not having to keep up with paperwork. What I have just recently become the most impressed with is the tech support that the app offers. Paul dealt with me for a few days in a row quickly responding to any and every question I had about it to help restore my services, even through the weekend. Turns out my ancient iPad quit supporting the app. Paul was great at helping me figure out exactly why the app had stopped working, as well as getting me back up and going with the new device I acquired. On a busy Saturday at the shop I had a small error that prevented me from taking the id photo after the 4.1.2 update. After I sent in a support email they contacted me immediately, same day, and discussed the issue with me. They pushed an update same day to fix the issue and have continued to be really supportive to help me fix the issue. I will continue to use the app because of the ease of use and the excellent support.

This update adds new "Auto-lock on Home Screen" toggle in Settings > Preferences. This allows you to disable auto-lock on personal devices while keeping it enabled on client facing devices. We also improved our app performance monitoring to deliver a faster, smoother experience
