With the MyTeamCare app you can:

I had some reservations about using their telehealth system and typing my address in three different places was a little tedious. They also did not have my insurance listed. But it was only $67 for a telehealth visit to take care of my pressing concern today. So overall pleasantly surprised.

I moved from Texas to Colorado and my new hospital happened to have the same medical record system. I still see one specialist in Texas but the rest of my care is at the new hospital. Unfortunately, I can’t log into the app and see records from both institutions, and I can’t have separate accounts in the app. Epic doesn’t have this problem.

I have never written a review for an app but I used the old app plenty of times and this new app is the actual worst. I have never been able to get a visit to work. It gets to the “creating video visit” screen and never loads. I’m posed off because this is the only way I can avoid going to the physical doctor on my insurance and now it doesn’t work.
