What's nice about UpNotch is the vast database of mentors representing years of valuable experience in all industries. As an HR professional I appreciate being able to receive mentorship from leaders in Human Resources and other positions I work closely with in an organization, such as CEO and CFO types. The platform also offers communities of interest (ex. Women in Human Resources) to support mentors and mentees connect and develop throughout the mentorship journey.

Highly recommend it for startupsWe needed some guidance while raising funding for our startup. Especially we needed an outsider with no conflict of interest. We had no idea where to look for help. A friend recommended Upnotch. The mentor we found helped answer all of our questions and guided us through the entire process.

Upnotch is great! I’m so glad an app like this exists now. As a a young professional it can be hard to find guidance and advice, and Upnotch fills that gap. Without Upnotch I never would have been able to find a great mentor so easily. I feel so lucky to be able to speak to someone who is in the career position I’d like to be in myself in the future. After just a few calls chatting with my mentor I have learned so much! I really encourage all young professionals to find a mentor in Upnotch!
