They don’t take any responsibility for the quality of the room but take their commission only whether we have to cancel by owner’s fault (such as smells of paint and no door at the room) or not. They don’t care of what’s happening between sublessor and subtenant and shows ignorance behaviors. It was a wasting time and money and health to search for a new HOTEL, took another taxi to move in and had painkillers due to the paints’ smells
