You are such a stupid bank and crooks of thieves and scammers, please you guys should stop downloading or using this stupid GoMoney or what did they call it, they are scammers I sent money to my sis for handouts since yesterday she have not received her money, the funniest part is that the transaction is mot showing in their stupid app and they want me to send them 30 digits transaction ID to trace my money please where will i get that from and this is not the first time they will ripped me off my money they did it on the month of June also when they ripped me off of 4100 and now they are trying to ripped me 10,200 again no I will not tolerate it this time. Well I’m just here to tell you people to stop using their app or banking with them and giving them 30 minutes to get me back my money if not I’ll report them to CBN.

Please and please your bank has one big flaw. Your customer care is not up to par at ALL! Why would I have to suffer for a situation that is completely beyond my control? I try to send money from your bank to another bank and the money hangs, then I have to keep sending emails and reaching out over and over only to never see my money back, isn’t that some sort of theft? I am not the only one complaining and this seems intentional already. You people need to fix this issue because now every time I want to make a transaction I have to risk the wind taking my money away. This is totally unfair

Customer service and chat with human option not even working

I reached my transaction limit over a day ago and it’s already a new day your bank still tells me I have reached my limit. Other banks reset daily limit once it’s a new day but yours is different. Your support team no response they keep creating ticket with no solution. You guys don’t even have a customer call number. Your chat with human option doesn’t even work I have my money in there and I have upgraded my account to tier3 so what’s happening
