Although I love the ability to transfer online, I do not like the fact that a memo section is their for you to keep track of transfers, yet when you try to search the memo is not visible. Can your IT department look into this issue as I rely on this section a lot!!

Update- now over a year and still no fix for a major bug they’ve known about for ages. I deleted this app because it’s useless until they fix face ID. Clearly it’s NEVER going to be fixed. Might be time to find a new bank that keeps their tech updated. What else isn’t kept up with them? Security? How are we to know? Submitted email about getting constantly locked out of my account when using face id last year. Still no fix. Useless app now having to reset password a million times. No other app has any issue with face id even in middle of night, but they can’t fix this? Do they even have IT people?!?!

So AMBK just put out a whole new app. Not replacing their old one. Just a new one. No notice. The old one just stopped working and gave an error message saying can’t connect to server. NO ONE answered their phone tech support ALL weekend. Their “expected wait” started at one minute but grew as I waited for someone to answer. It’s unacceptable. Avoid this bank. Put your money somewhere you can trust you’ll have access to it and will actually responded to customer service calls.
