I’m 35, been using online banking since I was 18. Since citizens updated its app and website transactions are harder to see and mobile deposit doesn’t work as well as it used to. There is no solution to link my account to quicken to do my taxes easily. Customer service keeps thinking I’m the problem with mobile deposits. I do like the messaging system for getting in touch with someone. That has saved time.Would appreciate honest effort to fix customer issues not effort to make it look like you’re doing something
