It would be nice to be able to have an option to cancel a pick up or delivery ourselves. I checked in in one airline at 9am and it was stuck in the same screen for days. Sometimes the airline won’t refresh their system for hours or days.

Good afternoon, I am sorry you had trouble cancelling your pickup/ delivery. It is possible for you to cancel a pickup/delivery after you have checked in via the phone app. On the top of the screen within the app, you will find a button titled "Cancel" with a small trash can icon. That will allow you to cancel your pickup/delivery. If you have any other issues, please reach out to us at mikeo@cargosprint.com for further help.
