The app is not working. I have used it for 3 different studies by now, and every time the app freezes at a certain time, the instructions are not clear, or worse, even when they are, you can't execute the action they ask you to do because the button fails or because the site that it is supposed to be showing you is more like a static image than a real thing you can interact with. It is very frustrating because you try to complete it even then, but in the end, they would send you a message telling you that you didn’t follow the study rules or maybe might not send you a single message and just get away with your session without rewarding your participation. This isn't worth it.

App is broken, instructions are hard if not impossible to follow - As such they told I didn’t follow all the steps for compensation when it was impossible to do do

App consistently gets stuck with no way to back out or restart

You will spend a lot of time and energy doing a test using the Playbook UX app only for it not to upload at the end. I attempted the same test twice and each time, the app simply failed to upload the recording. It doesn’t even show any loading screen - it’s just stuck on the Upload Instructions for over an hour.Playbook UX support articles claim that it’s possible to go find your recording in /Library/Application Support/Playbook UX, but this path is only accessible from a Mac and NOT from an iPhone. I see no evidence that anything I recorded has been saved.
