As with most apps, there are things to be happy about and things you don’t really care too much for. I haven’t gotten to experience all of the features just yet, however I have withdrawn money to see how it works. I like that the money can come instantly to your card but you pay like $3.99 just to receive it right away. Otherwise you can wait 3 business days to have it sent to your bank account... Also it takes almost 24 hours for my funds to show up on rain after working my shift. I’m not sure if that’s an app issue or the communication of hours worked from my work place... it’s seemingly quick but if you’re in a pickle it’d be nice to get your nickel a little more quickle. 😂 I’d say the biggest downfall is having to pay $4 just to get your money that you worked for right after you worked the shift. On the flip side it’s still a nice feature rather than having to wait the two weeks in between checks for those of us who get paid by weekly. Overall a very useful app.(J

Don’t waste your time. New user. Downloaded app. Set up account. Linked bank account. Has said “account paused” and unable to use since the beginning. I have used chat, a live advisor as well as email. They claim that they have reached out to my employer to verify me…this is a lie. I have also reached out and they (my co. & payroll co.) haven’t been contacted. Not sure if this is a scam or so poorly run that they resort to telling lies and keep saying 3 to 5 more days. I am done. Unlinking bank account and deleting app. PLEASE don’t trust this company to advance YOUR earnings. So disappointed!Update: Did the person who responded even read my review? I DID email them! “Lauren” went silent for days. Then she sent another email stating that she was out of the office. (Nice. I guess we can wait while they have time off? Also, it is strange that I never hear from them except in the middle of the night..USA time.) In her last email, she stated that they haven’t yet heard back from my employer, so, until they do they are going to “solve” this case and will reopen at a later time. Omg! My neighborhood was vandalized and I had tires popped. I have never used a service like this before. I needed to buy a few tires so that I could get back to work. Yep…never happened. Just waited for my check….and guess what…I decided to reload the app before updating this review and…you guessed it….STILL paused! Total waste of time and energy!I can hardly wait for them to tell me yet again to email. What a joke!

Great app for when you need some money quick & payday isnt for a while. I personally never had any issues using this app. I have read quite a few reviews where a lot of people had a wide variety of issues using it, accessing their money etc. I never had any of those issues using the app but the reason I am giving a 3 star review is because customer support for this app is a joke. I made 5 separate attempts over a almost 2 month period trying to contact someone or have someone contact me to get some help logging into my account. Literally never got 1 response. I tried multiple ways of contact. Email, help hotline # you could text & sending a msg directly from the customer support website. So if you’re having issues with your account, I wouldn’t even bother to reach out for help. You’d probably have a better chance of contacting your deceased great grandparents than getting a response from someone from this app.

Paycheck information
I would use this occasionally to help out with gas money and little things I needed on the side. Then I started realizing once you start using it it keeps half of your check and if you want the rest of your check, you have to pay $2.99 to get the rest of your money. Which doesn’t seem like a big problem until I had to do this literally All of my money. I read the terms and conditions on how to remove myself from their app. It said all I have to do is delete the app and everything will go back to normal fast-forward a week later. I haven’t used the app. I’m super excited to see my full paycheck. Once again, I’m missing half of my paycheck. I re download the app. I get my money. I called customer service. There’s no option to delete your account with them. The cherry on top is the money I pulled out that was from this pay period Is going against my next check. This absolutely makes no sense. I did not borrow against my next check. I’m only getting the money out that I made from this week. So please, if you don’t have to do not use this app to be such a hassle to get your paychecks in full back into your checking account. Without half of it. Going to this app.
